Trusted Device Option Missing – Cannot Add New iPhone as a 2nd Trusted Device

Hi, I’m unable to mark my new iPhone as a 2nd Trusted Device. The option doesn’t appear, and SMS verification fails when I turn 2FA from mail to SMS, therefore, using mail verification for 2FA. Can you help me escalate this ?

Arlo IOS App Version: 6.1.6
Device Models and Hardwares:
- Arlo Base Station VMB4000R3 - Firmware 1.27.0.0_4732_03495c2
- Arlo Pro Cam H8 - Firmware 1.092.1.0_9_120D8B7

My old Iphone is already on the trusted device list. Would like to add new Iphone as 2nd trusted device.
