The other day, one of our two base stations was switched to Secure Trial from our free Legacy plan, but we neither requested nor desired the changeover. We interact with our systems primarily via desktop, do not like the new presentation, and would like it switched back.

2 things:

1) The trial will expire and you need to do nothing to keep the free 7 day plan.

2) Assuming you mean you now have the new interface that uses Feed to view recordings, there's no going back. It's been a couple of years now for the slow migration and that will continue until all users are migrated.
