Have one specific battery that will not detect motion but is working otherwise

I have several Arlo Pro camera's and batteries. All batteries charge and work well with the exception of one battery. It charges fine, I can live view, but it will NOT detect motion. It definitely is the battery causing the issue. Anyone have this issue and is there a fix? Is it possible this is a multi cell battery and the cell that is responsible for detecting motion is bad?

How do you know that? Have you tried swapping the battery with the one in a different camera?

Yes, have multiple batteries and cameras. Switch them out and just the 1 battery doesn't detect motion, no matter what camera it is in. All of the other battery/camera combinations work.

Yes, they are all Arlo branded.

Understood, it sounds like that battery might be going bad, might require replacing.
