Can't retrieve record video from Iphone

I can't retrieve recorded videos from I phone but I can see from desktop. Software has been updated and reboot couple times.

What do you mean by "retrieve"? Do you mean you can't see the video in the first place or that you can't download it?

I can't see the video. It was working fine before and just happened last week.

Do you see "Library" or "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app menu?

Are you using the same account on both the PC and the phone?
