    <description>&lt;P&gt;Depending on how she deleted her account that should have done the trick. By that I mean she used the app to do the delete.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Without a subscription (meaning you have a working system and paid for one) support is done through these forums. You can use Settings, Support to see what may help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The first thing to find out is if your niece removed all her old devices from her account. That's required before you can set up the system as yours. If she has already done that, try holding the reset button on the back of the base for &amp;gt;10 seconds, until the LED(s) flash amber. Let the base reboot and try again. If you happen to use a VPN, be sure to disable that, too.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What base do you have? Look for the tag on the bottom that shows VMBxxxx. Also tell use what the LED(s) on the base are showing, including color.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
