    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you using schedules? If so, check each schedule. At the top is a section normally called Always Enabled (that changes if you make changes in it). Make sure all choices are enabled. Same for modes but the selections are on the bottom.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;no matter how many times i set the routines to arm away&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;- even hit the "done" button hidden in top right ( pc app) the routines change to disable. then after my drive gate trips &amp;amp; records - sometimes it will switch to stand by ( non alarm)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;plz dont aske me to send a screen shot - the system keeps changing all by itself. with no other changes to my phone. this is the worst app ive ever used. no viriues no hacking =- the app does not work. the old system worked ok - then this new one - it is just terrible . maybe arlo is getting hacked - how does it change sitting on my bed end table - &amp;amp; i live far away from anyone ( many acres)&amp;nbsp; any videos ive seen ( u tube etc) are redicluis &amp;amp; no info to fix a bad app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
