    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is the my.arlo.com web page not opening up. I put in my user name and password. When I push submit a red banner briefly says no internet. Than a yellow banner says your request has timed out. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for the past 5 days now.&amp;nbsp; From what costomer service and tech support said my.arlo.com is the only way to cancel subscriptions and that better of the departments can cancel it for me. Not sure if the website or them not willing to put in the work or fix the web page or to help get subscriptions solved. Now I'm stuck paying for something I don't want or need right now. And from what costomer service and tech support made sure to tell me is that there is refund. But yet you nor I. An cancel anything. Do better is all I can say.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
