Hello,

with the new updates to the app, I can’t figure out how to arm only one camera versus all of them. Can anyone provide assistance?

Do you have one specific camera that you want to arm this way?

Or is this a more generic "how to" question?

The old app had where I could select the camera I wanted to arm if I didn’t want to arm all of them. This new app update is different and I can’t figure it out.
the how to didn’t match what. I see in the app.

The modes in the new UI control all the cameras (as you found). You have three modes to work with, and you can modify all three. This clearly isn't enough to give you full control - which Arlo admits, and says they are working to address.

So one strategy is to customize the modes to fit the main combinations you use. Note that if a camera is missing from a mode, then that camera is automatically disarmed whenever you enter that mode. Info on how to edit the modes is here:

So if you routinely arm some cameras during the day, but all cameras at night, you can modify Arm Home to only arm the daytime cameras. Then switch to Arm Away at night, and Arm Home during the day.

Another strategy is to leave all the cameras armed in the mode, but turn cameras on and off using the camera settings on the device page. So if you occasionally disarm a camera (for example, you might want to disarm a back yard camera when you in your back yard), then you could just turn turn it off for a while.
