Two addresses, cannot see both

We have Arlo cameras at two addresses. My husband and I have the app on our phones but we cannot see the cameras at both locations at the same time on our phones. If I log in, it throws him out. I can see one house and he can see all from both houses.

What version of the app are you running?

Do you see "Library" in your app menu? Or do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead?
