Hello today I can't find in Arlo's feeds two videos that I saw last night dating back to February 3 at around 13:30 14:30, exactly the two videos where you could see a thief entering my house.

What could have happened?

Do you have a subscription? Some users have reported that the 7-day retention with free cloud storage sometimes deletes some recordings a day early.

In general, if a recording is really important then you should download it right away.
