The is my third time writing this.

please someone please help me.
I am still getting charged every month for almost year since I deleted my arlo account. I have tried numerous of emails for contact and still have not received any back. I had to make a new account just so I could write her since I can’t get back and my old one, since everything is deleted. What can I do???

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good number to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
