Can you provide a link?

@Korndoc wrote:

Arlo no longer sells chargers for the Pro and Pro 2. As @Edinburgh_lad1 says, you do need a charger that supports Qualcomm Quick Charge. Pro 3/Pro 4/Pro 5/Ultra chargers don't support quick charge.

Arlo does sell a stand-alone charging station you can use.

https://www.arlo.com/en-us/accessories/VMA4400C-100NAS.html

It works well, but is pricey.

There are quite a few third party charging stations and adapters on Amazon and similar sites that say they are compatible with the Pro.

If you search for "Quick Charge 3.0" and "QC 3.0", you will find other adapters that should work.

I misplaced the charger and wire for my Arlo Pro cameras. The picture of the one for sale through Arlo doesn’t look like the one that came with my Arlo Pro. Anyone know if it’s OK to order the one that is shown?
    Arlo support is not very helpful now that the Pro model has been discontinued so I don’t want to order it, find I need to return it, and get no help from Arlo.

It's virtually impossible to get a charger for a pro camera. It needs to be one that supports Qualcomm quick charge.
