      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you truly have a Pro (not a Pro 3 or newer) camera, the legacy plan only saves cloud recordings for 7 days, not 30 or 3. Make sure we're talking about the right camera by removing the battery and look for a label that has VMCxxxx and let us know what it says.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a subscription, you can have 30 days' worth of recordings but most folks with the legacy cameras, such as the original Pro, just use the 7 day plan. Do you have any filters set in Library or need to try using the calendar icon at the top to choose different days?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The model is VMC2030. Up until mid December we had 30 days worth of recordings but now only 3 days&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, so you have an Essential Spotlight camera (VMC2030). That makes a big difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These cameras require a subscription to have cloud recordings. Have you checked your subscription status in Settings, Home, Plans? Your trial sub may have expired. However, that wouldn't explain 3 days' worth of recordings since without a sub you don't get ANY recordings. When in the Feed page, click on the calendar icon at the top to change days to verify you can/can't see older recordings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
