Either way, you can set up a mode that records, but doesn't notify. Then you can switch to that mode when you are at the clinic, and switch out of it when you leave. (You can also set up a schedule if you like). That eliminates the need to mute notifications on the phone.

Note this approach stops notifications to other phones (including friend accounts) - so it might not be suitable. Let us know if that's a problem for you - if it's not we can give you more tailored advice on how to set this up.

Also, can you confirm your camera models?

Mute Notifications

Hi,

I want to mute notifications for 8 hours each day (while I am at the clinic). Currently, I keep the cameras active/scheduled (so they keep recording) but I mute the notifications for 3 hours (closest that’s available to 8 hours) and manually extend the mute by 15mins multiple times until it it’s muted for approx 8 hours. Does anyone know how to mute for 8 hours without having to manually extend it from 3 hours? It would be great if we could select how long we mute for, or have an 8hr option added into the list. Anybody with a solution?

Thanks!

will you consider muting your phone during that 8 hours instead?

Alex
