    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can't log into app. Went to chat and they gave me all the things to do. Yes, I'm connected to the internet. Yes, the app is up to date. Yes, I deleted and reloaded it.&amp;nbsp; I called a number for customer support that gave me instructions as to how to reach them through the app, but we are now in a loop.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error message says Internal Server Error when I try to log in. The circle just spins and spins, then it times out. This is a security camera and I need to be sure I am seeing things/people that are coming in and out of my property today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PLEASE HELP!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
