Arlo Mobile App. Can't login. Invalid factor data

Starting 09/19/2024 can't login from one of my android devices. Been using the device for a couple years. Can login from a different android device and a windows machine. Reloaded the app no change. I get the following errors. Invalid factor data or an error has occurred.

additional info. I input correct password and pin several times. I do get a notice that an android device has logged in even though I didn't get fully logged in. I'm thinking something on the arlo backend?
