Where is the setting where i can set my cameras to detect animals. autos, or humans?

Those are the smart notification settings. Note they do NOT affect what is recorded. They only filter the notifications you receive. Smart Notifications are a subscription feature, so you'd need Arlo Secure or Arlo Secure Plus.
