The Arlo panel is the VMA4600, but unfortunately Arlo no longer sells it.

There are some third party panels that claim to be compatible, but I have no experience with them.

We bought a third party panel years ago and it burned out the camera. If I buy new cameras, do I have to also replace my Arlo router?

Depends on what base you have. The compatibility list is here:
