I cannot see device live view. Says system is offline. But still recording to library and I can see that.

Have you rebooted the phone and maybe reinstalled the app? What does the web client on a computer browser (my.arlo.com) show?

I have deleted and reinstalled on my phone twice. I have no had a chance to unplug and replay the actual Arlo unit
