&lt;P&gt;But something appears to have broken in the Arlo cloud.&amp;nbsp; Other affected users have said that&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;removing the base and cameras from their account&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;resetting the base with a paper clip&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;adding everything back to their account&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;fixed it for them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The mods (&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/922577"&gt;@BrookeN&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;) might also be able to do something on the Arlo end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have synced the account using our back-end tools and that generally fixes the behavior you are seeing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
