I have a neck gear hub.

And the original arlo first generation cameras anf im using a hot spot box.. If the person that helped me originally set up my System that had physical access to my mak in model numbers of all my equipment. Could they technically without my knowledgain access to hacking using a different account. And again you need access to my devices and system ?

There is a "friend" account feature that would have allowed them to share your cameras with their account. You can check for that by following these instructions, and see if any other accounts were given access:

If they have your account password and your email password, they could potentially log into your account. You can prevent that by changing those passwords.
