    <description>&lt;P&gt;The Pro 3 cameras need to be connected to a hub, not direct to WiFi. That means the hub isn't reconnecting after an internet outage. Is the hub LED flashing amber when&amp;nbsp; this happens? Does the rest of the network work ok with internet access? Does power cycling the hub fix things? If so, a WiFi-enabled switch that the hub plugs into may be useful so you can power cycle the hub without being physically present.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And, since the whole system is cloud-based, there's no way to be able to reboot/reconnect remotely - the system is offline.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 3 Arlo wireless cameras and a hub (system is couple years old) that I set up indoors at a remote house, but the wifi kept going out and we could not remotely reconnect the cameras to the hub even when the wifi was back on. Any suggestions? I would prefer to be able to plug them into the wall too as will be inconsistent as to when I can charge batteries. I am not sure which cameras I have - how do I figure out which system I have? Think I got it at Costco&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If they don't open, then look around the rubber cover for the charging port.&amp;nbsp; You'll find some fine print either on the cover or printed on the camera.&amp;nbsp; It is small, and low contrast - so easy to miss.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can also go into the support center of the app, and select one of the cameras.&amp;nbsp; Scroll down to the product ID field there - it will tell you the model information.&amp;nbsp; BTW, if you just see Hxx, then you are looking in the wrong place.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The cameras I have are Arlo Pro 3. If they disconnect from the wifi cause the wifi goes out, we couldn’t get them to reconnect once the wifi came back on without physically being with the camera. I want these cameras - or a different camera - to be able to reconnect remotely thru the app without having to be there to push buttons / be on different WiFi than the cameras. Is that possible?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you also losing power when the wifi "goes out"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are, then connecting a UPS to both your router (and other ISP kit you need to connect to the internet) and your Arlo base is also worth considering.&amp;nbsp; That will keep everything running through short outages (couple of hours is you get a suitably sized UPS).&lt;/P&gt;
