      <title>VMB4000 app cannot find device to install. Base has internet connection.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions to fix issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My base is not being recognized by the app. message reads no arlo device found.&amp;nbsp; I have turn off and on, i have pressed the reset button and the message is the same. so frustrating. All the 3 lights are green&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The fact that all 3 LEDs are green means the base is still in the original owners account. After it has been removed, the Camera LED will be off or solid amber.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
