Arlo Pro cloud recordings and local external HD recordings?

I'm wondering if this is possible. I'd like to record 120 second video recordings locally, but only have Arlo Pro upload 10 second clips to myArlo. Is this possible. This would be great for those of us stuck with DSL (#1 we'd receive the alert and 10 second clip faster, and #2 we'd have the longer clip to watch when we got back to the house on the external HD.

Nope. Any video recorded gets the whole length uploaded.
