I’m trying to add device but it’s not finding it. I can see my Base and Arlo pro are connected. I had this for over 4 years I moved house and I don’t know how the device was removed ..

If the camera is showing in your account, you can't add it again. Depending on what the exact issue is, you need to remove the camera from your account and then add it back normally.

No its not showing in my devices that’s why I’m adding it again hut after 2 hours of try still no luck

When first inserting the battery, does the camera LED briefly flash blue, indicating power has been applied? If so, try the quick way of syncing - briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it - and then the camera button. What do you see on both the camera and base?
