Adding cameras

My parents have an arlo pro set up with two cameras. Due to concerns they want to add my 2 arlo pro cameras I no longer need. I have attempted to add them though the app but it never gets past the part where it tries to find the base station. Am I better off deleting their whole thing and redoing with the 4 cameras at once? Or is there a better way to do it.

To swap cameras they need to be removed from the owners account before they can be added to another account.

And of course you also need to be at your parent's location, and connected to their home network.

If you are trying to do this from their app, then perhaps also try using a PC.

Though you should be able to pair just using the sync buttons. Try momentarily pressing the base sync button less than second, then press the camera sync button for same.
