Can you confirm that the camera is a pro (and not a newer model)?

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming?

I am not sure how to do manual recording, I only see live streaming

When you start the livestream you'll see a target icon in the center bottom of the image. Press that to start recording. The center of the target will turn red. Press it again to stop the recording.

I have the same issue with two of my cameras. I AM able to do a manual recording and see it in the library.

Please help me troubleshoot this problem. I am using Arlo Pro cameras. It is connected to base station, battery is fully charged, camera is turned on. I tried removing the battery and reinserting it. I did a hard reset of the camera and successfully reinstalled it. It shows live feed but will not record motion unless forced manually. Firmware 1.092.2.1.0_9_120d8b7. Hardware H15. Thank you!

Yes, It worked manually, still my issue is not resolved, as I said my camera is Arlo pro2, camera is not recording . Pls advise the solution

Have you checked the camera rule in the mode(s) you use?
