The first thing to check that can prevent friends sharing is that you both using the same app UI.

Arlo has split the same app into two user interfaces, the original UI has a library, the latest one has a feed.

Any newly created arlo accounts are forced to use the feed version which is not compatible with the library version.

Arlo does not allow the user to select the version and once you update the UI version you can’t revert back.

You can work around this by giving the partner your login credentials so they see the cameras but you only get one user login session at the same time as any login will logout an existing session.

Hello! I have Arlo Pro (6 years old) and I was able to grant my wife the access. However , she is not able to see anything. She gets notifications but that is it. She can not see recorded videos or anything like that.
When she creates her account, does the password need to be the same as mine ? Or something else ? Thanks !
