      <description>&lt;P&gt;Might just be a failed camera. What happens when you first install a battery? The blue LED on the front should briefly blink blue indicating power is connected. You can also try using AC power, as if charging the battery, both with and without the battery to see what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
