Camera’s who connect with Netgear VMB3000 Basestation can also connect with Arlo Basestation VMS3330 ?

Some confusion here, as the VMS3330 is a system sku, and not a base station model.

It is an old one, and if you are purchasing used then you should be aware that it is end-of-life. Also, if the original owner didn't think to remove the equipment from their account before sale, then you will not be able to on-board the base or cameras.

That said, bases are backwards compatible, and the VMB3000 was the first base. So any camera that connects to it will connect to any base.
