Hello my name is LaToya Johnson. I was the current customer of Protect America. Brinks Home Security bought them out but Did not replace any of the equipment I had previously from Protect America. I already had paid in full and installed the Protect America equipment by myself and I spoke to this day, have the same stuff. I paid for Brinks to come install four security cameras, which I continue to have on my Home that are Arlo. my security cameras have not been working our system about a year, and Brinks Home Security says they do not warranty or support the Arlo cameras. They have updated their system but failed to tell us/thier customers and that’s the reason why my security system has not been working, but they still have not been out to update my security equipment. I need to know how can I just get my cameras that I have on my home back to working ?

If you company does not support Arlo cameras, then you may have to open your own account to get the cameras to work.

Do you know what models of cameras you have ? ( model number can be found inside camera where battery is )

Do you have a base unit hooked into your interent system ?
