Add charged Camera to Arlo Pro wil only stay synced if plugged in to power outlet

Can add fully charged camera to Arlo Pro, sync, then when unplugged to mount goes offline. Any suggestions?

It’s probably a dead battery or the camera has locked out the charger function for safety.

There was another recent post about this although not widespread. It may be that the camera has some sort of fault that prevents the battery from using the battery. When first inserting the battery, you should get a brief blue LED blink - do you? If not, it may be that the camera will only operate on the charger. Check the battery connections in the camera to see if any are bent or have "schmutz" on them and clean as needed.
