First off let me say that consumer assistance is extremely POOR!!

I installed a AVD1001 doorbell camera in January. Recently I had to replace my transformer. Since then my indoor chimes stopped chiming. The camera functions and calls my phone when pushed. If I cross the two wires on back of the Arlo, the inside chimes will ring.

Anyone have any thoughts??

No idea what exactly happened, but you might need to

remove the doorbell from your account
do a factory reset
re-add it, making sure the traditional chime options are properly configured.
