    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have moved regions a few times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;My previous account would not work when I moved regions so I set up a new account,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have winced moved region again to a new location and I am unable to manage the accounts unless I log in via VPN.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I wish to cancel the second account. I was able to cancel the first one. &amp;nbsp;because I am not getting all the features, and I wish to set a new account up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;however, I am still being billed for the second account even though none of the features work, and I am unable to cancel it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;some help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would think that use of the VPN would allow you to manage the subscription as well as to delete the account. Have you tried that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
