      <title>New phone help logging in to app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to get a new I phone 14.&amp;nbsp; All of my Apps, including Arlo, were transferred to my new phone.&amp;nbsp; However, I am not able to log into the ARLO App because I get an error message that my email is invalid.&amp;nbsp; Net Gear confirmed to me that my email is linked to the serial number on the ARLO base.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know how to fix this problem or have a workaround?&amp;nbsp; I can still log into ARLO on my old I phone 10 but the phone has been deactivated by AT&amp;amp;T and has to be returned to the store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
