VMB4000 can't be found

Hi,

I just moved in to my buddys house, and I wan't do set up my security. But I can't connect to Arlo basestation, so I can't set it up.

I know, the internet is working fine, and the basestation is connected to the router.

Any tips for an Arlo-beginner?

What are the LEDs on the base showing? Power and Internet should be green. If Camera is green, it's all set up, ready for use.

Hi Guru,

All 3 lights are green on the base. But app can't find it.

Also I probably should mention, that the system originally was setup by my friend on his account, so that is probably blocking it, eventhough he granted me access?

If he has granted you access and still has it in his account, you can't add it. If you're supposed to be the primary user, he has to remove the system from his account before you can do anything.

Only do this if you want to become the primary user.
