    <description>&lt;P&gt;In the android or ios, just go to the settings for the app and clear the cache then do a force stop....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;reboot your phone with the power button.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't work , un-install and re-install app&lt;/P&gt;</description>
