Not sure how to delete or close a post. But in the end, I just had to remove it completely and add it back into the app a few times. Each time it successfully discovered it, but on the third or fourth time I could then manage the camera and its options.

I have a 3 Camera Alro Pro system. All are on batteries. One of the camera, call it Cam2, I frequently have manually turned off (via the Arlo app). Its in a high traffic area of my property and I'm really only interested in having it on when I am out of town. Today I went around and gathered up all my Arlo batteries for charging. Cam2 was already set to off when I pulled the battery. I got all my batteries charged and put back in the cameras, except Cam2 will not give me the option to turn it on. Remove the battery several times and tried with a power cable. When I go into Device Settings on Cam2 it says "Your Arlo device appears offline". No slide option to turn ON. I was able to remove the device and successfully rediscover\add the camera back, but still no option to turn the camera on. Just device info.
