Model VMD-4000 - showing needs charged

I have a VMD-4000 - 1 camera calling to charge battery - have tried 2 fully charged battery and does not work.

Not sure if it is Pro 3 but model # is correct.

There is no such thing. I suspect it's a VMB4000 base station (and not the camera).

Go into the support area of the app, and select the camera. Then scroll down to the product id field at the bottom of the page.

Alternatively, if the camera has a removable battery, then you can open the housing and remove the battery. There is a label inside.

How did you charge the two batteries you tried?

Does the camera work correctly when connected to the USB charger?
