My Arlo Secure trial expires soon but I lost my email for my EOL offer code for 75% off for a year. Is there any way to retrieve it?

Are you seeing an error message? Are you able to provide a screenshot of the result?

I got it to finally work. Apparently you need to remove all the hyphons in the code and make all the letters lower case in order for it to accept the code.
