    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Arlo Pro VMB4000 and I cant set it back up after doing a hard reset.&amp;nbsp; Before the reset I kept getting an error that all of my devices were offline.&amp;nbsp; All of the 3 led's are green on the front and I have a good wired connection to the internet.&amp;nbsp; Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Define "hard reset". A reset is done by holding the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. That requires you to also remove all devices in Settings, My Devices before you can add them back in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Rebooting or power cycling is not a reset. It would seem that's what you did since all LEDs are green. Have you checked camera battery levels and recharged them?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
