Unfortunately, I do not see the "+" sign on the Devices page. I am currently paying for the monthly Arlo Secure Single Camera subscription, but I am unable to add a participating camera to the subscription.

Hello,

I am currently subscribed to the Arlo Secure Single Camera Monthly Plan. I am uncertain about how to add an additional camera to my existing plan.

I have searched for the appropriate link or option within my account settings, but I have been unable to locate any such feature that would enable me to integrate an additional camera into my plan.

Could you please guide me through the steps to resolve this?

Thank you in advance.

Peter

There is a "change plan" link in your screenshot.

More importantly, I'm seeing that you don't have any cameras actually in the plan you subscribed to (0 of 0 participating). Have you installed any cameras from this account?

I have 3 cameras assigned to my account and I would like to add 1 camera to the plan I am subscribed to on my Arlo dashboard. How can I do it? I haven't seen an option to add a camera.

It sounds like you're using the new user interface (UI) that uses Feed to view videos. To add cameras, go to Devices and Click on the "+" at the top right.

Your screenshot says "0 of 0 cameras participating", and the primary account should say "0 of 3 cameras participating".

Also, are the existing cameras still covered by their trial subscriptions?
