4 devices lost power and won't recharge.

I have 4 identical cameras on my 1 base station. Today all 4 show batteries are dead and need to be recharged, including a camera with a solar panel. I've tried charging two with the arlo charger and neither will charge. Help!

I've tried recharging 2 with no luck. Something is wrong for all of them to show empty at the same time, especially one attached to a solar panel.

Are they showing up as online when you connect them to the charger? If they are, can you livestream the video?

No. They just have the message "charge battery".

Have you tried rebooting your base and reinserting the camera batteries to see what happens? Did you try the link I initially poste above?
