      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can try holding the camera in one hand and use that hand to hit the camera's back into your other hand. Don't be harsh, just give it some knocks. The issue is that the IR filter is stuck and you may be able to free it. Reinserting the battery may also help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
