Arlo Secure is the relevant subscription plan.

The Pro and Pro 2 cameras have free 7-day cloud storage, so they might not need a plan. Essentials and newer Pro models (Pro 3/Pro 4/Pro 5s) don't have that free storage, so they need a subscription to get any cloud storage. This article gives more information what you get with the subscription:

Arlo Secure is not CVR. That's a different plan altogether.
