4000 base station

My 5 cameras disconnected from the internet.

I've tried EVERYTHING to reinstall the 4000 base station, but it could not be "discovered"

Did you try the reset procedure?

Did you try onboarding again using your phone? A PC (my.arlo.com)? Both?

yes, ... cell and laptop...

done the factory reset numerous times

still can't discover any arlo products

What is the LED status of the base?

The left and center lights are a solid green, the right light is a solid yellow

Is the PC you used for onboarding connected with ethernet or wifi?

Are you seeing the base station in your router's attached device list?
