      <description>&lt;P&gt;moving the base did not help, this base is VMB3500r4, my other 2 camera or on base VMB3010r2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there way to reload a firmware on the VMB3500r4, I am showing no available firmware, but I like to force the latest one on it or go back to the one before that, since the problem has just started to happen recently&lt;/P&gt;</description>

First, though, check the published release notes at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/Firmware-Release-Notes/bd-p/arlo-release-notes" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.arlo.com/t5/Firmware-Release-Notes/bd-p/arlo-release-notes&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;for your base and verify what you have matches.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
