Arlo Pro H8 version stopped working

The EOL policy states that these Arlo pro models would be good until July 2023. Also spent all this money on these cameras and they just completely take away the free service. They completely quit working last night 3-06-23.

Reread the latest documents about EOL as well as the threads on this here - the free 7 day plan is going nowhere and remains available for legacy device owners.

Can you describe what is not working?

Have you checked the camera battery?

What are the Base station LEDs showing?

Is the app mode set as disarmed?
