      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like many others I'm also having the 'do not qualify for offer' issue. &amp;nbsp; I have 4 VMC4030 cameras and haven't gotten any communications about the EOL and the offer page says my e-mail doesn't qualify.&amp;nbsp; My account/cameras were activated in 2018.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can Arlo please assist?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Debra&lt;/P&gt;</description>
