    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I have difficulties connecting the device to my network.&lt;BR /&gt;Power LED is ON, Internet Connection ON.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It appears to be online, I scanned my LAN, there it shows as:&lt;BR /&gt;IP:&amp;nbsp;10.0.1.86&lt;BR /&gt;MAC: 3c:37:86:57:08:cf&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have (temp) turned off my VPN and Firewall for it to come through, but after a morning of trying, it did not succeed.&lt;BR /&gt;Any tips?&lt;BR /&gt;BTW, the next step is to connect to HomeKit, I read in the other boards that this is oftentimes also not easy, so if you could anticipate that, that would be great.&lt;BR /&gt;Kind Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;NL-BKO&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried editing the initial post, didn't work, so here is an addition:&lt;BR /&gt;I tried connecting with the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- mobile App iOS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- browser Safari&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- browser Chrome&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All with VPNs on and off.&lt;BR /&gt;The Router broadcasts the WIFI SSID to connect the cameras, so I conclude the device works.&lt;BR /&gt;I have also reset the device to factory settings using the small needle pin button on the back.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Turning off the VPN is definitely needed but not your firewall (unless you mean on your computer and/or phone).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What color are the LEDs? On isn't sufficient - they need to be green. Resetting the base requires that you hold the button until all LEDs start flashing amber. Did you do that?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have had a case where the base appeared to be connected just fine to the Internet but couldn't be found. A different base worked great. You could just have a faulty base.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for looking into this and apologies for leaving some blanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- the LEDS are green&lt;BR /&gt;- Base reset to flashing Amber; done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I meant the firewall on the PC, indeed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also have a 3000 base, that works fine indeed, so it remains vague why this one doesn't show up.&lt;BR /&gt;I'll try once more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
